RETURN & REFUND POLICY — STRYCHD

At STRYCHD, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or eligible product, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • You must provide your order details and, where applicable, photos or videos showing the issue.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, STRYCHD may provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.

Size Exchanges

Size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges unless the wrong or defective product was sent by STRYCHD.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Products returned after the applicable return period.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider processing times.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged or incorrect product supplied by STRYCHD.
