We currently offer shipping across India, with international shipping available to selected locations where applicable.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING – INDIA
• Standard shipping charge: ₹70 per order.
• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location, courier service, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
• Orders are dispatched from our location in Telangana, India.
• Customers will receive order and shipping updates through the contact details provided at checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch after the order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed.
Custom or made-to-order products may require additional processing time. If additional time is required, we will communicate the expected timeline to the customer.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is handled by the respective shipping partner. STRYCHD is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your package appears damaged when delivered, please take photographs of the package and contact us as soon as possible.
